Lesley Holm

Lesley has been providing treatment to children and families for over 15 years. Within her practice Lesley aims to provide a safe and respectful environment which can allow for the expression of emotions and provides room for playful creativity and learning. Lesley’s approach encourages personal understanding, healing and growth for the families and children she works with. She has a strong belief in her client’s ability to change and uses art therapy, counselling and adolescent & family DBT (dialectical behavioural therapy) approaches to fit each client’s need with a focus on developing strengths, skills and understanding.

 

SERVICES

Lesley provides art therapy and counselling services to children, youth and their families. Some of the life situations and challenges that Lesley provides support for include:

Lesley has deeply enjoyed working as a counselling art therapist in non profit organizations in the community. In addition to her private practice, currently she provides Art Therapy to children and youth in several schools in the Vancouver area.
