Performance and Executive Coaching
in Vancouver

Coaching at VPC is for people who carry outsized responsibility and want a structured, confidential space to think clearly and act on it: leaders, founders, professionals, and performers. It is separate from therapy, and every engagement is built around your goals and agreed measures of success.

One-to-one coaching

Confidential coaching for leaders, founders, and professionals. There is no fixed curriculum: scope, cadence, and focus are set with you, with clear success measures agreed at the start. We begin with a free discovery call to define the work and confirm fit.

Where coaching helps

  • Leadership under pressure: decision-making, presence, and resilience in high-stakes roles.
  • Transitions and growth: stepping into a larger role, a new mandate, or a career pivot.
  • Burnout and sustainability: rebuilding capacity, boundaries, and judgment under sustained demand.
  • Communication and influence: difficult conversations, feedback, and stakeholder dynamics.

Coaching for teams and organizations

We partner with leaders, HR teams, and EAP programs on engagements built around your team's goals. Options include team coaching and offsites, keynotes and workshops on burnout, resilience, and mental health literacy, leadership development, support for teams after critical incidents, and return-to-work planning. Every program is custom created and custom priced, and also starts with a free discovery call.

Performance support from sport and performance psychology

For athletes and performers, and for professionals whose work depends on performing under pressure, Dr. Zarina Giannone practises sport and performance psychology. Sometimes called mental performance coaching, this work focuses on the mental skills and strategies that support performance, and on the anxiety, perfectionism, or confidence concerns that can get in the way.

Common questions

How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy is a regulated health service that can address mental health conditions. Coaching focuses on goals, performance, and decisions, and is not a substitute for treatment. If you are not sure which fits, our care team can help you decide.
How does coaching start?
With a free discovery call. We discuss your goals and context, outline how the work could run, and confirm whether it is a good fit before you commit.
Can coaching be done online?
Yes. Coaching is available in person and by telehealth.
