Emily Reaser, RSW

Emily Reaser

Emily Reaser brings a strengths-based focus to the work she does with clients, and she creates a highly collaborative atmosphere in the therapy room. She is excited to help folks seeking to improve the quality of their lives and to work with those who want to create a healthier and sustainable future for themselves.  Emily incorporates play & movement for all those who are attracted to getting up out of their seats, and is also very pleased to sit in conversation for those with whom verbal talk therapy fits best. Emily’s clients bring questions and concerns to develop solutions and pathways, creating some of the following outcomes: better self-understanding, improved mood and behavioural regulation, deeper & more connected relationships, healthier communication patterns, improved self-esteem & self-compassion, increased resilience, and/or healing through mind-body connection. Emily’s first step with those who choose to work with her is to support each individual to identify what they want.
