Dr. Ivity holds an Interdisciplinary Ph.D. in the Departments of Medicine and Educational Psychology from the University of Alberta. Her Master’s and Doctoral Research focused on supplementation of Omega 3 fatty acids in children diagnosed with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. Dr. Ivity has a diverse work history: school based service provision, government-funded mental health settings and private clinical settings.
Dr. Ivity has been providing empathetic and supportive psychological services for over twenty years. Dr. Ivity provides evidence-based treatment through varied psychotherapeutic modalities including: Family Systems therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Mindfulness practices.
